Trial

A new company gets 14 days free, no card needed, with Pro included. When the trial ends, pick a plan to keep going. If you subscribe during the trial, the days you have left carry over.

Plans

Plans are a flat price for a band of seats, monthly or yearly (yearly gets 2 months free). Pro is an add-on, one price per company, never per seat. See current prices on the pricing page at hallahelps.com.

Manage your subscription

Owners and admins go to Settings > Billing and data > Subscription (or Manage subscription in the menu under your name) to pick or change a plan, switch monthly or yearly, add or remove Pro, update the card, see invoices or cancel.

Your account number (like HH-10001) is shown there. Mention it when you contact us.

If a payment fails

You'll see a notice and have time to update the card. If a subscription ends, the account locks until someone picks a plan. Your data is kept for 90 days after locking, with a reminder email before anything is erased.
